Work Started on Haven Hospice

Allan Spear Construction has started work on the Haven Hospice Assited Living Facility in Orange Park Florida. The main focus of our work is stemwall and slab on grade. In addition to the work on site Allan Spear Construction provided the rebar shop drawings completed by the BIM Management Department.

Allan Spear Iowa Bound

Allan Spear Construction has been awarded the contract for the PapaJohn's Biomedical Facility at the University of Iowa. The project has nine floors. Allan Spear Construction will be responsible for all the CMU work. We will use 2", 4", 6", 8" and 12" CMU. Some CMU will be glazed on one side, some on both sides and some will not be glazed at all. We will also be responsible for the granite and limestone cladding. This represents our first project in the state of Iowa.

Spear Heads to Country Music Capital

Allan Spear Construction has been awarded the masonry contract for the Music City Center in Nashville, Tn. We will work in partnership with Bell/Clark, a Joint Venture. The Music City Center is eight levels on a 750,000 square foot building footprint. It will have Ballrooms, Meeting Rooms, Exhibit Halls, and a truck dock located on level 5. Allan Spear Construction is pleased to announce receiving the concrete and masonry contract from Whiting-Turner Construction for the University of Florida Biorefinery Pilot Plant. Allan Spear Construction was awarded this contract on Wednesday, September 22nd and construction will start on Monday, September 27th. Rooms to Go Awarded

Allan Spear Construction is proud to announce the awarding of the concrete contract for the Rooms To Go project in Toa Boja, Puerto Rico. This project is the building of a new warehouse store and the expansion of an existing warehouse. Keep an eye on our "Projects in Progress" page for pictures as we will soon start this project. This tilt-wall project will keep us in Puerto Rico as we continue our work on the expansion of the Veteran's Administration Hospital in San Juan.
